Health is wealth and we are inspired to inspire you!

Here are some of our favorite ways to optimize your health and wellness!

Jump Start your day -

Try rebounding or bouncing for 5 - 10 minutes to your favorite up beat music to start your day!  Either stand in one place and rapidly bounce up and down by bending your knees or get a small trampoline to bounce on. Bouncing puts gravity to work for you. It is the most efficient method of lymphatic circulation.

The lymphatic system rids the body of toxins, fatigue substances, dead cells, cancer cells, nitrogenous wastes, trapped protein, fatty globules, pathogenic bacteria, infectious viruses and assorted junk the cells cast off. It also wakes you up and helps to relieve tension in your muscles.

Radiant Skin and Hair -

Take MSM and Glucosamine to increase hair growth by over a 1/2 an inch a month and help skin be radiant.   Collagen and keratin and both critical for the production of healthy hair and nails.  MSM provides the sulfur needed to produce collagen and keratin.  It’s also highly noted to contribute to exceptional strength and thickness of the hair and nails, which can be noticed in just a couple weeks of consistent use.

Update Your Operating System -

We have been reading an amazing book called the
"The Code of the Extraordinary Mind" by Vishen Lakhani.  We have loved the insight, systems for living and highly recommend this book if you are ready to upgrade your life!

“Unraveling the Code Behind What Makes an Extraordinary Individual.
